What is JobFruit?

JobFruit is a new company with lots of experience – we offer a supported job board solution that is ‘as unique as your business’ - and other related services, such as blogging and Google Adwords management.

How much does it cost?

There is an initial set up fee which licences you to use the product and pays for the set-up of the board.

Are there any other costs?

Yes,  there is a small monthly fee which covers ongoing support, web hosting, backups, updates to the system, Google Analytics and blog functionality. You can purchase other services on a menu basis.

When and how do I pay?

The initial payment must be made before your job board is switched on. This can be done via bank transfer, or cheque. The ongoing monthly payments are made by direct debit.

How long does it take to get set up?

Your job board will normally be set up within two weeks, as long as you get the required information to us on time!

What currency does the system support?

You can post jobs in any currency.

Will other companies and other recruiters be able to advertise on my job board?

Only if you agree to it – it’s totally up to you. It’s something that you decide at the set up stage. If you want to change your mind later, that’s fine. 

If I allow others to advertise on my job board, how do I get the revenue?

We pass the advertising revenue on to you on a quarterly basis, subject to an administration fee, and of course, subject to your client paying the bill. You need to decide the rate card for others advertising on your board.

Will I be able to easily control the jobs advertised?

Yes, using the admin panel. You can create, delete, clone, edit and refresh jobs.

How long do jobs appear for on my job board?

Adverts are live for 90 days. Unless you delete them, or re-post them for another 90 days.

How many users can I have?

The JobFruit system allows unlimited users. It’s easy to set up new users.

What Digital Media services can I add to the basic package?

We offer services such as blog writing, social media management and Google Adword campaigns – contact us at any time for details on how to get these set up.

Can we take Digital media in-house?

Yes. But you should consider if you have the time and resources.

Can I view a demo of JobFruit?

Will I need to spend a lot of time setting up the job board?

We walk you through the specific criteria that you need to operate your job board and then we get on with the implementation, allowing you to focus on core business.

Do you offer customised job boards?

We can create a job board with any bespoke design to align with your recruitment website or brand for example. This will take us longer and you should consider using one of our tested platforms first.  

Will my JobFruit job board work with a multi-posting tool?

Yes. JobFruit job boards will integrate with all the main multi-posting tools, such as Broadbean, Idibu, and Jobmate. Each multi-poster may charge a fee for integration.   

Do you have any tips to help me operate and market my job board from launch?

Yes, when you “go live” we will give you several short help sheets with hints and suggestions on how to help you make the most out of your job board
